Refund Requests
If you believe that buying a product was not the right decision and the product you purchased isn’t suitable for your needs, we want to make things right. Within 30 days of purchase, DiviStack offers a full money-back guarantee on request.
Refund requests should be sent via ticket to our Support help desk. To ensure a quick response, please include a clear explanation of why you are not satisfied. We value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to understand how we can improve our products. Please note that no refunds are provided after 30 days from your purchase date.
Refund Exceptions
- No second refunds are provided if you have already received a refund for the same plugin once before.
- No refunds are provided for more than three different plugins in your purchase history with DiviStack. However, if you require multiple licenses, please get in touch with us through our contact form, and we will evaluate an exception to accommodate your specific needs.
Payment of Refunds
Your request will be processed and refunded automatically to your original credit card or payment method. This typically takes 7-10 working days once your request has been approved.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you’ve completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
